將一次性餐具按原材料來源、生產工藝、降解方式、回收水平分為以下三大類:

不是。環保餐具包括易回收、易處置和易消納(降解)3種類型,可降解只是其中一種。降解只是回收利用的補充,也就是當某種包裝材料使用完后難以回收利用或回收價值低時可以考慮使用降解包裝。
